Do I need a consultation first?
Not for a facial. For laser, RF or anything on the device menu, the free 15-minute consult comes first so Letticia can check your skin, medications and history.
Is laser safe on deeper skin tones?
Yes, with the right device, settings and prep. Letticia treats Fitzpatrick I through VI and will tell you plainly if a treatment is not the right call for your skin.
How long is the Signature Facial?
About an hour, including cleanse, analysis, exfoliation, extractions, mask and finishing products. $120.
Will I be red or peeling after?
Facials leave most people glowing and camera-ready. Laser and microneedling can mean 24 to 72 hours of redness. She tells you exactly what to expect before you book.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, since the room is booked one client at a time.
Can I buy products without an appointment?
Yes. Order online for pickup, or walk in during open hours.
Do you offer gift cards?
Any amount, no expiration, good on treatments or products. Ask Letticia to arrange one.
